Falcon Engineers Shrink Disc provide reliable, high strength keyless connections by converting locking screw clamp loads into radial contact pressures applied to the hub of the mounted component, in effect "shrinking" it onto the shaft.

Shrink discs are used together with gearboxes, disc couplings, flange couplings, sleeve couplings, press flywheels, clutches and composting rotor & wind turbines.

Shrink discs are selected to transmit very high torques without the use of keys, or the occurrence of fretting corrosion or backlash. Brevini selects only those shrink dics that provide high reliability & ease of maintenance.
